The Trbojevic Brothers' Winning Game Plan: How They're Building a Property Empire

From Rugby Stars to Property Investors

Manly Sea Eagles' emerging star Ben Trbojevic is following in the footsteps of his older brothers, Jake and Tom, not only on the field but also in the property market. At just 22, Ben has taken the first step into the real estate game, purchasing a two-bedroom apartment on the Northern Beaches for $1,175,000.

Ben Trbojevic’s First Move into Property

Ben, who has become an integral part of Anthony Seibold’s starting line-up this season, opted for a pre-auction purchase of the Narrabeen apartment. The guide price for the property was $1.12 million, and Ben jumped at the opportunity, securing it for slightly above that figure.

For now, Ben plans to be a "rentvestor," leasing out the apartment for $750 per week, giving him a 3.3% rental yield.

The Trbojevic Property Playbook

Ben isn’t the only Trbojevic with an eye for real estate. His eldest brother, Jake, started his property journey in 2014 when he bought a two-bedroom apartment in Narrabeen for $680,000. Since then, Jake has made savvy investments, including a $1.55 million apartment in The Bathers block in 2020.

Tom, the middle brother and fellow Sea Eagles star, has also been making waves in the property market. His first purchase came in 2016 with an $895,000 two-bedroom unit in Manly Vale. He followed that up just a year later with another apartment in the same suburb for $1 million.

Both Jake and Tom now own homes in the same Warriewood development, which they purchased as house-and-land packages for $964,000.

Property Investments Score Big for the Trbojevic Brothers

The Trbojevic brothers are proving that their success isn’t just limited to rugby. With their impressive property portfolios, they are making strong financial plays off the field, building wealth and securing their futures.
